Enter your groups, apparatus and lesson plans once. It builds the rotations for every session in your week, keeps them fair, prints the wall sheet and puts a live view on any phone or TV in the gym.
Free for 14 days · no card needed

No two groups are ever booked on the same apparatus. A group that misses out this week carries priority into the next.
Export your class list and import it in one step. Tick the Level and Program columns when you export. There’s no live sync.
Print an A3 wall sheet with a QR code to the live view. Coaches check their phone; the gym TV shows what’s on now.
One set of wedges, the good mats, a coach covering two apparatus: tell it what groups share and it schedules around that.
The what-if planner re-runs your real week to show whether a second beam would actually clear the missed turns.
Invite coaches to view or edit at no extra cost. One flat price per club, not per seat. No athlete or child data is stored.

Every coach, every session. Quarterly and annual options; annual works out at about two months free. Cancel any time. Prices include GST.
